 Bear act experts might know the trainer, location and the year. I have never seen a photo like this one, nor one to accompany it. Taking a look at that pyramid construction, the prop guys likely had names for it. The set-up is evidently for training and practice, and the bears appear mature. I trust this image will enlarge.
