Betty Leonard former CFA President. Written on the back: "This year marks my twentieth season in Show Busniess. I started in 1917 at the age of 15 with Cole Bros. Circus owned by E.H. and J. Augustus Jones. Opened at Riverside, Cal. I have been Prima Donna, done double trapeze, single trapeze, rings. Ride specialty, manege horses, work elephants, domestic and wild animals. Have been married three times, my first husband Vern Powers now in charge of dogs on the Cole-Beatty Circus. Bobby Zineros, we were known as the Aerial Zineros, he is now retired and lives on a farm in S. Dakota. My present husband Mr. Leonard is a son of Capt. Frank Leonard who broke all the stock on the 101 Ranch for years. He is Equestrian Director on this show."
