From BJ

Voting today in Hugo, one important issue on the ballot is State Question #733. The Article if passed, would allow Liquor Stores to be open on Election Day. I encourage everyone to get out and vote. BJ

OK, BJ. I'd vote YES in Oklahoma if I could. Help me. Is one of the bull men Hugo Schmitt? Who are the others and what is the date of the photo. Thanks.

There's an easy YES vote speaking directly to the morale and well-being of the Republic.

After sitting here at the computer last night listening to all the negative crap on both sides on TV, I've decided we should impeach everyone who is in office, hang all the ones running for office, & start from scratch.

I second that Bill.

Thats how I voted. Kick everyone who is in out no matter the party. Politisions have f^%$# up America. No outsider could do any worse. I'll drink to that. One winter I worked at a drive- in liquor place "The Lone Star" I think. You could set in the parking lot and drink, but they had no taverns. I always thought that was odd. Drink and drive???

I have two cousins fighting in Iraq against an enemy like we've never faced in history. The founding elements of citizenship serve to remind us daily we are a nation at war, with shared duty to support our nation, our troops, and our wartime president.

To Roger S, Our wonderful departed friend Dave Hoover, could not have said it better! Dave once told me that he didn't like Rush Limbaugh because he was "too liberal".

In any event, I hope the Repubicans and Democrats put aside all the political bull shit, and work together to make America a safe and economicaly sound country.

I also hope that your 2 cousins return home safely and soon, as well as all the other fighting troops.

I will drink to that. Good for HUGO. Just don't get too modern. You will lose all your charm. I wonder how the city manager voted.
