Can anyone tell us why the server is using his hand instead of tongs to serve the food? I have some movie footage of the Cole show from the late 1940s and their cookhouse used this same technique to serve food. Just curious.
Yes isn't that disgusting. I am sure the management and the local health would be quite upset over that practice. Are you kidding. I heard that kids were hanging out in the pool hall and saying words like Golly in River City.
Never heard of anyone getting sick from useing their hands. When did tongs enter the picture? There will always be somebody out there to make life more of a hassel. That mans hands were cleaner than any tongs that had been god only know where. Hands don't get droped on the ground. These were the good old days. Healthy ones too.
