A nice little pony tableau.

You are absolutely right, in fact I ran pictures of some of them earlier when they were at Terrell's place in Bunker Hill.
Parade wagons were my dad's first love and was somewhat of an authority on the subject. There must be a gene missing since I have difficulty telling the most basic apart.
This tableau probably even has a descriptive sub-title like "the running wolf pony tab".

Numbered # 19 at the Circus World Museum, it had the distinct honor of being one of a few wagons that were loaded crossways on the flats for the trip to Milwaukee.

Steve Flint says that the carvings on this tableau date back to 1893 when they first appeared on cage #51 with Ringling Bros. Worlds Greatest Shows.
