Rex Williams Elephants #1 (From Wayne Jackson Collection)

As I recall, Rex was the first person to provide performing elephants and elephant rides at Catskill. At first they simply set up a ring curb and the people just stood around. This proved so successful tho, that a grandstand and permanent, shaded ring was eventually built.
