Althoff's Bears #4

The old Arena in Cleveland was in a tough part of town and the bear truck was parked outside in an alley. Two citizens were hiding under the truck with plans of mugging Mr. Althoff when he came to get the bears. Bad mistake. One of the rare cases when the perpetrators run to the police for protection.
