Clyde Beatty reportly said that of all the animals in the circus ,bears were the most dangerous.
Probably because you can never tell when a bear is going to attack.
Due to lack of facial expressions,and because ther tale doest get rigid before they attack like some of the big Cats.
Capt. Jack Bonavita was killed by a plar Bear named"Picalo".
