You are right. The picture above this one appears to be either a tableau or a ticket wagon.Bud, how did you like the Peter Arno stuff?
Very nice ; Mr. Arno surely has the New York Style , Whit and Caliber at that place in time , in his Commertial Illustrating / Cartooning and just look at his Signature on that charming 1942 RBB&B Program cover. CLASSY HEH !
