Funny thing, I just ask my client who brings her pet SCOUT to my Day Care to make a copy of Gene and I taken when he worked Paul and Dottie Kellys Lions. Great minds think alike. Will send as soon as I can.
I assume this show has nothing to do with Bell Bros. Circus.
This is a very tragic love story j.g. about two circus people.

I forget to ask you who is Sarah? how does she fit into this love story?
Sarah is one of our lions that we bought at eight weeks from the Hattisburg zoo. The other was Babe. Both named after Buckles mom. I have a picture of her walking a high wire. We had our own personal zoo. Animals collected us. We also had leopards. Long story short , He mailed a post card to my family and I never got it until last year. Somehow Buckles ended up with it. That was over 30 years ago. Talk about slow mail. That may be his wife on the elephant. Gene and I only worked a single elephant act on Fairyland Circus. Margaret. Gene ended up with Bell Circus and I ended up with JC. Again
Just noticed the anonymous button again. Was up at day break putting roofing tar on the 6x6x12 foot posts for the new lyni. I snail mailed Buckles a photo of Gene and me that was in the newspaper on some date. One of Fleckle Shows. It explains this saga of my search for him. Sort of. Repairs coming along OK. Bank will not release the insurance check until Monday. Lane and his wife offered to take me to the Kelly Miller Circus Tuesday., but I had to decline. Sure hope we can make the next Circus. The timing is all wrong right now.
