Fred Logan

An eMail from Jim Elliott who just returned from visiting Freddy in Venice.
He is once again back in Re-hab and is doing better despite having to be fed by a tube.
He's a pretty tough guy, I hope he continues to improve.

I don't know where else to post this comment. But I am another tough customer. How on earth can my supposed to be friends turn a joke into such a hate filled page comments on the blog. I can not begin to tell you how low you have made me feel because of a silly comment. I thought we were all friends her. Thanks Karen for starting a chain that has made so many enemys for me. This is so unreal. I will not appolize as I ment what I said. The meaning just came across wrong. I would never feel welcome here again so will tell everyone good by and hope the hurt feeling get well. Thought we all had thicker skins then this. Laura I am glad to have met you this summer and think you are great. Please don't think I would deliberly hurt you. I was never a great performer. but my heart went to the circus as a young girl and even now as an old lady. This performer has blown the show.

It's starting to sound like the BAC cookhouse in

Best wishes Freddy.

Freddie was 80 years old last Oct. 14th. Yesterday, when I visited him, he looked a little better, than, he did last Fri. He is very weak and is being fed with a feeding tube, although, he can still eat by mouth if he wishs.
His daughter, Eileen, has been with him for the past week, she is returning to Las Vegas on Sat.
His daughter, Freida was with him for a week also. She is now back with her family on Circus Pages.
I visit Freddie, two or three times a week, so, I will try and keep everyone updated on his condition.
One last note. The NEW program for the COLE BROS. CIRCUS, has been dedicated to Walter Logan and Dave Hoover.

It has been brought to my attention that a number of folks who watch this Blog daily, are in need of an address for Fred Logan. I will post the address, after telling everyone, I visited Freddie again today. He looks a little better, but, he is still VERY weak and is being fed by a feeding tube. The attendents give him physical therapy everyday, trying to increase his mobility. It's going to be a long haul for Freddie. He receives his mail at his daughter, Mary Jo's house. REMEMBER, Freddie can NOT see well at all, so a family member or myself will have to read all mail to him. I visit him three days a week, so, I'll be glad to help.
