Is that Major Mite on the poney?
If so,then the giant is
Jim Tarver.
They were both with the Ringling Bros.&Barnum & Bailey show in the 1920's,possibly they may have been with the BARNUM&bAILEY SHOW WHEN THEY MERGED IN 1918?.

Possibly this may have been the
"Cardiff Giant"AKA "The Welsh Giant,
George Auger,who was with the Barnum &Bailey show in 1904.
I believe he came back with them when they finished their five year tour of Europe.
