The stilt walker always enlightens the audiance as he parades through. This one rather stylish and enhanced by ; the little guy next to him , the young elephant and the living doll. A " Real " Whimiscal - Fantasy to hypnotize
there audiance.

Yes Sir , that's quite a high set of old wooden stick stilts I assume ! - ya gotta keep " moven " or grab on to something on those - heh! Especialy with THAT young'n under or around you.

To daily entertain and enchant " the public " at such occupational risks is a highly unaware and or overlooked aspect of " the Circus Performers " every day requirements, what ever ones tallent or skill is. Hence ; so much much PRIDE abounds amoung all of these Showfolk.(Shakespeare)

My father could quote long passages of Shakespeare and in school we had to memorize some of "Friends, Romans, Countrymen" as well as "To be or not to be" but one that clings best to my memory is "Which like the toad, ugly and venomous, wears yet a precious jewel in it's head"
I don't even remember what it was from but when our teacher explained that people in those days thought toads were poisonous, it stuck with me.
I should look it up, I still have the volume of Shakespeare that Lee Powell gave my dad.
