Early Big Apple Circus

When I was back on the Ringling Show in 1995 we showed the Raleigh Fairgrounds and someone mentioned that there was a flea market out front and a guy was selling circus photographs. I bought five or six albums and among the pictures were a series of Big Apple photos taken 7/2/82 in Woodstock, NY (our first year affiliated with the show) and 7/11/83 in Pittsfield, Ma. When I removed some from the album today to be scanned, I was surprised to discover had been taken by my good friend Dave Orr. So I will send some out over the next few days. I might add that Ben and "Anna May" were on the show the first year, Barbara, Dalilah and "Toto" the second year and the first time I ever saw the show was the third season when I joined, having been in Baraboo with the remaining elephants the two previous seasons.
