You got better with the years. Mother nature was kind to you. Her gift to you was not a gag gift. She knew we all would need you now while the world has gone crazy. Keep up the wonderful work you are doing for us all.

Dear Buckles,
Do not look upon it as being another year older, but rather as the anniversary of the date the world was first blessed with your presence.
And thank you…thank you for all the years of joy and wonder you have afforded particularly those of us who have been blessed with your friendship over the years…
A VERY HAPPY AND HEALTHY BIRTHDAY AND MANY, MANY MORE!

Happy Birthday, Buckles!
Thank you for the gift of your wit and wisdom when I was working elephants and thank you for the gift of this Blog now!

Buckles...I guess a belated Bday wish. I will not be as old as you are for another six months which entitles me to seek some sort of wisdom from you, an older man. Thus my request is that you explain to me the method in which the new blue show will get as much money as the old blue show and then how Shamsheeva's housecats has become the world's most exciting circus act..
happy Birthday and many more.
Hi,
I'm trying to research Pinkey Barnes AKA Bernard R. Baranoski or Captain Baranoski, equestrian director of the Al G. Kelly & Miller Circus in the 40's and 50's. I believed he stopped performing in 1956. I have many pictures of him with performing horses up on there back legs from that era just like the poster that the circus made in the 1960's. I noticed you have posted many photographs of the Al G. Kelly & Miller from that era. Please look at the this link and let me know if you know anything about the images that you could share.
