Brewery Act #4


Here is the feat in action and as you can see the horses scramble thru rather than make a clear leap. Pretty good trick anyway.

It is generally known that Gene Autry bought some of Tom Mix's horses and used them for his personal appearances.

In Autry's 1937 film YODELIN' KID FROM PINE RIDGE, he performs one of the routines that he did during his live shows, including having his horse jump through a barrel. No doubt Johnny Agee was his trainer by that time.
