R-B Sued for $3,000
St. Joesph, Mo, Oct. 19-- Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey Circus was made defendant in a suit for $3,000 damages claimed in behalf of 12-year-old Phillip A. Drowns, of St. Joesph, for a broken leg and body bruises the boy allegedly received when struck by a tractor owned by the show here Sept. 6.
