What a nice little show this appears to be, I don't know who bank-rolled it but Jack Hoxie, a Western Movie Star, had already been featured with several circuses and this one bearing his name looks very nice on the lot. Show is well painted, you can see the light plant at left and a first class RV of the day. We also see that "Mena" no longer has to walk from town to town. More often than not, when they first started carrying elephants with mortorized circuses the trucks had no roof like this one. I wonder if is was to prevent the elephants from punching holes in it? You would think that by so doing, the structure would be so weakened they could come right thru the walls.
