Cole Bros. Circus 1945/ Train wreck #3


These are town people viewing the remains. As I recall it they spotted the coaches next to the depot in down town Brainerd and the cook house was set up nearby. For a 10 year old I thought it was pretty nifty, plenty of kids around. I don't remember how long we remained in town, it must have been a week at least, nor do I recall where the animals were kept, they probably set up the menagerie tent somewhere. Buckles

I have the original negatives of the pictures you posted of the 1945 train wreck. I bought them at auction a couple of weeks ago. Were the photographs you posted yours? I have 9 negatives and was very surprised to see them on the internet.
