Circus Vargas #1

In the mid 70's Vargas played Orlando and one evening I drove a car load of elephant guys over from Circus World to see the show.
Afterward we were sitting in Wally Ross' trailer when Cliff barged in and seeing me took a couple of cheap shots regarding a beef we had had several years previously.
Ever the gentleman, Wally apologized profusely afterward.
Gary and Ted thought it was great.

Circus Vargas #11

Just noticed that this blue top is from a later year.
Calls for a meeting with my highly incompetent staff.

I might add that by this time Cliff and I were friends again.

This is either the canvas crew or The Lord's Last supper.
Larson should be on the Big Apple Board Of Directors by this time.

Tom Larson is the Big Apple Circus General Manager and always the best!...And still looks like the guy in this photo.         Paul Binder
