Me, too. We got Tom Mix on the Mutual Network, brought to us by Ralston-Purina, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, like we did Clyde Beatty, who was sponsored for a time by Kellogg's. Mix had died in 1940, and this was the early '50s, and I thought I was listening to Mix himself in those stories. There is great history on his, Beatty's, and nearly all shows from that era on the Old Time Radio sites.

I was always curious, I swear I grew up listening to a Tom Mix show on the radio, but he died before I was born.
