http://www.ringlingbrostrialinfo.com/ This link brings you to the litigation page of the Feld Entertainment web site. It explains the details of the trial involving the elephants' care. At the request of the plantiff, The ASPCA et al (also known as the Rat Bastards) the trial has been moved till next year. In conclusion--if the plantiff, the Rat Bastards, had evidence to support their complaint, there is no reason not to proceed with the trial that they requested in the first place. The trial was to begin today. The Rat Bastards are back at the office making signs to protest something else. |

Buckles, it is OK to id me as the sender of the above information.
A tip of the hat to Ringling! There is no other circus company with the resources to fight this and Ringling is certainly writing those checks.
Reading the filings is very interesting and you can see that the Ringling legal team has spent lots of time in preparation for this case.
The circus industry doesn't have a financial obligation in this case, but if the ASPCA et al, have their way then the entire circus industry will suffer a negative financial impact.
Screw those Rat Bastards to the wall!
I am just a little voice in the world, but GO GO RINGLING!
Mike,
Trust me on this. John Cuneo wrote checks we can only dream about. If they are innocent, it should work out.

Ringling has posted links all over the internet for the truth. It's good to see the AR aren't going through all this without a fight. Kudos to all those that stand up for the circus industry. A side note: Ringling will be visiting my neck of the woods next week, anyone know if it will be the Red Unit or Blue? - St. Louis, MO
Red - Will also be there to see Bellobration before it's last curtain call!
Here! Here! Let Kenny foot the bill to settle it. Then Tom Rider's checks from Ingrid Newkirk will disappear and he can sink into the drunk tank where he's had a foot submerged for 20 years.
