Hi Buckles,

Regarding the recent discussion thread about Paul Bunyan statues, attached is a photo circa 1955 of the one that stands (or stood) on the shore of Lake Bemidji in Minnesota.

An easy one! Paul's blue ox was named Babe. She measured 42 axe handles and a plug of chewing tobacco between the horns.

Jeez... The way animal liberationists feel about a little thing like a bullhook, they'd be all over Paul for training Blue using an axe.
