Baranoski or Captain Baranoski, equestrian director of the Al G. Kelly & Miller Circus in the 40's and 50's. I believed he stopped performing in 1956. I have many pictures of him with performing horses up on there back legs from that era just like the poster that the circus made in the 1960's. I noticed you have posted many photographs of the Al G. Kelly & Miller from that era.
