Deacon Blanchfield ran one for many years on RBB.

This was an original RBBB cat. It was restored about 20 years ago by Fabco Cat. Deacon once drove one of the ex RBBB cats through the Baraboo River after someone said it couldn't be done. While everybody stood on the bank with chains Deacon drove down the bank and into the river. The dam was still in place at that time and the river was over 6' deep. After a while all you could see was the intake, exhaust and Deacon's head. Got to the other side and drove right up the bank and on to dry land. The moral of the story was, if Deacon say's he can do something, believe him.
