at the original Asolo
which is a part of the
Ringling Museum complex
titled "IncrediBello"
Jess Adkins, "The man with the turned-up toes",so nicknamed as he favored shoes that tilted up. He was born February 22, 1886, in Van Buren, Indiana. His history of show management and ownership is well known. Mr. Adkins died of a sudden heart attack in Gardner, Massachusetts, on June 25, 1940. He was 54.
