Chic, you should write a business how-not-to do things book regarding both the purchase and selling of a circus. Wow, its a wonder the shareholder's of Mattel didn't go after their board.

& later realized he had
been hoodwinked which
led to the need to sell
"the show" minus all the
hidden assets to Mattel
