Another Lee Bros. Circus #1


"Lee Bros. Circus 1943"

Maybe someone could elaborate on this set of pictures.
My dad's statements, as seen above, were very brief.
This deserted looking shot looks like the location where the show was being framed.
Never saw a bail ring top go up quarter poles first, maybe they had to drop the peaks for some reason.

On Hunt's Circus, the one ring show that was out 1975 to 1978 would drop the peaks of their bale ring top during nights of two day stands to lower the profile of the tent in case of high winds. The quarter poles were left in position.

BUD nailed it. This could be a Fellini shot from LA STRADA.
