This is an ad for the Ringling show in Rome and Milan, next October.
The chosen title seems to be "Show and Party".
Tickets sales opened this week.
Prices are going 44 to 22 Euros, that looks more than the average local circuses.

The red writing looks like their old banner, with the new themed globe at the center. Also, they are using the word "circus" again. Are the white tigers staying in the US?

Tiger and elephants will stay in the Us.
For the European tour, elephants will be Errani's, and the tiger act will be Carmen Zander's.
